TRINITY RIVER NATURE CENTER

The Trinity River Nature Center in the heart of Metropolitan Arlington,Texas. Offering reception and exhibition halls, meeting and conference spaces that will include multi-functional rooms.  for meditation or exhibit showing. An open air yet covered and tiered auditorium. Gathering places and a nice restaurant with comfortable lounging space and an outdoor sidewalk café. The public amenities are considered as well as the administrative offices and maintenance facilities needed for the management of the development.

THE UNIVERSAL SCHOOL

The Universal School involves a vision of a primary school of the future that imaginatively addresses emerging issues in educational theory and practices changing communities and student demographics and evolving cultural standards and expectations.

This Gulf of Mexico Island Home-Site is an area of approximately 44,000 square feet.  The topography of the island has terrain variations from sea level to 30 feet above sea level.  The roofed structures are approximately 4500 square feet.

The island is “U” shaped allowing for sun conditions.  The  smaller isle to its southern side is accessible via the stone wall lined arched bridge.  The isle has an open-air porch in a circular shape with Doric columns resembling ancient ruins long abandoned.

 

GULF ISLAND HOME

The Community Public Library is a small local Library for the City of Fort Worth.  Colored glass adds detail to the facade and is carried on inside to the interior.

 

With todays continuing need for accessing Information Technology, changes in the expectations of their users and in response to the importance of the library as a place, these three influences and the impact of these changes on space and the design of the modern library were paramount in the architectural program.
