The Renovation of the Calendar Street Home-site was a whole house Design/Build project. The facade had an added porch with brick and stone columns centered between the two dormers. Austin stone was used as a chair rail inlay.  The landscape and hardscape were reconfigured to align with the new look.

The Hogan Screen Porch and Pool House was a Tudor Design/Build project. The screened porch has 2-stories with a 2-floor wood burning fireplace. The Pool House matches the existing house Tudor exterior to include the forest green awnings.

The Flower Mound Texas Addition created space for a small office and a work out area off the master bath.  The Master Bath was renovated into an Old World Suite with a walk-in shower, sauna tub with waterfall faucet, rough sewn barn doors on tracks, concrete vanity tops, and a blue slate floor.
